The article analyzes the emerging system of digital personal rights in the information society. The author examines the guarantees of ensuring digital human rights as means provided by law that directly ensure the legality of the behavior of subjects of public relations in the digital (information) environment. Expressing concerns about the possible replacement of a real person with a “digital personality” in the subject composition of legal relations, the author proposes to consider the preservation of the imperative of human dimension in law as a meaning-forming factor in the search for the concept of digital personal rights.
