Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) test is the gold standard test to evaluate the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis for the diagnosis of central precocious puberty (CPP). However, the diagnosis of cases with clinical features of CPP whilst have borderline peak luteinizing hormone (LH) remain challenges. We aimed to evaluate diagnostic performance of the average of LH levels measured during GnRH stimulation test.
