This study aimed to enhance self-confidence in the elderly through horticultural therapy. It employed a quantitative pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The participants consisted of 3 elderly subjects aged 60 years and above. The instrument used was a self-confidence scale based on Lauster's theory, as cited in Hidayat & Bashori. Data analysis was conducted using Paired Sample T-Test in the JASP program for Windows. The study found a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest (p < 0.05, p = 0.048), with a Cohen's d value indicating a large effect size of 2.547. These results suggest a substantial positive impact of horticultural therapy on self-confidence.
