Analysis Of The Performance Of Sumberejo Village Officials In Population Administration Services

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of the Sumberejo Village apparatus in population administration services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, recording and interviews, data obtained from primary data and secondary data, sample determination using purposive sampling techniques with data analysis techniques, namely collecting data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study The Performance of Village Apparatus in Population Administration Services in Sumberejo Village are reviewed from various measurement indicators, namely the productivity indicator in the mental attitude section of the village apparatus is quite good, but the ability section is not good enough. The Service Quality indicator is also not good enough, this can be seen from the time standards given. The Accountability indicator also shows that it is not good enough.
