The purpose of this study is to make an e-learning module focused on STEM that uses research Caesalpinia sappan L. extract as a natural dye in ice cream production, to implement it in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) for senior high school students. The research utilized the ADDIE development framework, encompassing the stages of analysis and design. develop, implement, and evaluate, as well as research and development (R&D) methodology. Validation was conducted by nine specialists in the subject matter, media, and language. The e-module achieved scores of 95,02% (content), 88,14% (media), and 93,96% (language) in the validation results, demonstrating strong validity. A mini-experiment involving 12 students garnered a practicality rating of 79,06%, while a larger trial with 60 students achieved a practicality rating of 80,35%. Both ratings were deemed practical. The practicality assessment was conducted in two parts. Consequently, the e-module is viewed as valid, beneficial, and applicable as a learning tool in contextual, project-oriented education that highlights the local potential of West Kalimantan.Â
