Supplementary Figure S3 Overall survival stratified by biliary class in non-resected patients (A) and resected patients (B) without IDH1 mutations or FGFR2 fusion. Interaction between the presence of any IDH1 or FGFR2 mutation and the genomic classification was insignificant in both non-resected (p = 0.6) and resected patients (p = 0.5).
