Effectiveness of the Genially Website as a Science Learning Media on Earth and Solar System Material

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of genially website as learning media on earth and solar system material. This reseach uses a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experiment design reseach type. This reseach was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Tanggulangin precisely in class VII-A, this reseach only used the experimental class.The sample used in this study amounted to 31 students. Data collection in this study using observation, test, and questionnaire methods. Observation is used to teacher's ability to manage classroom learning, student activity, test, and inquiry. Questionnaires are used to measure student responses to the learning media used. Learning media used. The results showed that the effectiveness of genially website as a science learning media on the material of the earth and the solar system material is not effective due to low student learning outcomes with an N-Gain score of 54.83%.
