Termination of Title to Residential Premises in an Emergency Apartment Building Subject to Demolition in the Event of Withdrawal of the Land Plot for Municipal Needs

The scientific article identifies some problematic aspects associated with the seizure of a land plot for municipal needs, in connection with the recognition of an apartment building as unsafe and subject to demolition. During the study, it was found that the seizure of the land plot in the case under consideration does not fall within the purpose of such seizure — meeting municipal needs, which negatively affects the fulfillment by local governments of the obligation to provide housing to persons living in apartment buildings recognized as unsafe and subject to demolition. Based on the results of the work, conclusions and recommendations were formulated aimed at eliminating the existing problem by amending the current legislation.
