The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of Trichoderma biofertilizer as a soil treatment combined with its liquid formula with a carrier of distilled water or liquid tofu waste on the vegetative growth of soybean plants of the Deja 1 variety. The experiment was arranged factorially in a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with three replications. The first factor of biofertilizer given to the soil consisted of without and with soil treatment, while the second factor was spraying liquid biofertilizer consisting of a formulation of distilled water, a formulation with tofu waste, and without biofertilizer. The variables observed were: height, number of leaves, leaf area, and stem diameter. Data were analyzed using 5% ANOVA and the percentage increase in growth was calculated compared to the control. The application of Trichoderma biofertilizer has not provided a significant response to plant growth.
