The analysis highlights the factors contributing to the pay gap, such as media coverage, sponsorship, institutional biases, and revenue generation. By examining Harvard case studies and statistics, as well as insights from Harvard student groups, this paper aims to offer a thorough understanding of the remuneration disparity and suggest pathways for achieving greater gender equality in sports.
