Review of the draft professional standard for teachers on occupational safety and health: problems of implementation

The article analyzes the development of the learning process in the field of occupational safety training, including taking into account its reorganization from March 1, 2022. The draft professional standard of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, which establishes requirements for specialists in the field of occupational safety training, is considered. Based on the requirements of labor and administrative legislation, practical recommendations are given to employers on the organization of training in the field of labor protection and the introduction of a professional standard, if approved from September 1, 2024.
