Implementation of Legal Policy In E-Commerce : A Study of Mutual Found Sales on Tokopedia

This research analyzes the legal risks in the sale of Mutual Fund products on the Tokopedia E-Commerce platform. The main focus is how the policies of Tokopedia and the Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD) reduce legal risks for investors. The research method used is normative juridical with a legislative approach and analysis of related documents. The results show that the cooperation between Tokopedia and Bareksa Portal Investasi as an APERD reflects the implementation of OJK Regulation Number 39/POJK.04/2014 concerning Mutual Fund Selling Agents, which aims to increase security for customers and reduce the potential risk of loss. In addition, Mutual Fund services in Tokopedia provide additional benefits by not charging transaction fees and facilitating investment monitoring. This research provides an overview of the policies implemented in Tokopedia and APERD in mitigating legal risks and raises issues related to privacy and investment policies.
