Abstract H.pylori is a gram negative and spiral bacterium that transmitted among humans through oral-oral or oral fecal routs. Past studies have proven the role of this bacterium in causing stomach cancer. This is very fastidious and its recovery require very expensive and enriched medium. The present study aimed to introduce an improved, selective and cost effective medium with cheap and available ingredients without need of microaerophilic producer device.
