Strategic Planning in the State Youth Policy Sphere

The article analyzes strategic planning in the field of state youth policy of the Russian Federation. The main focus is on examining key documents, programs, and strategies developed to create conditions for the comprehensive development of youth, as well as to increase their social activity and participation in societal life. The author considers the planning mechanisms for implementing strategic goals and objectives defined within the framework of the state youth policy, and suggests ways to optimize existing approaches to strategic planning in this area.
