The purpose of our work was to generalize and analyze the constitutional and legal foundations of the status of a person and a citizen in a digital state. The views of scientists on: legal regulation of the legal status of the individual in the conditions of digital transformation of public administration, basic human and civil rights and freedoms that form the basic basis of the legal status of the personality of the information society in Russia are considered.
