Challenges of the Development of Procurement Regulations Using Trans-Baikal Territory Customers as an Example

The article discusses the requirements of current legislation regarding the content of the Procurement Regulations. It discusses the peculiarities of implementing the Procurement Regulations by various categories of customers located in the territory of the Zabaikalsky Krai. The author points out the main shortcomings of the Model Regulations of the Zabaikalsky Krai, the improvement of which would increase the efficiency of procurement activities and provide an opportunity for the development of competition among procurement participants.
