Secondly, the object of state supervision is the compliance with the conditions for providing rehabilitation assistance stipulated by special laws and the licensing conditions for providing rehabilitation assistance established in paragraph 15-1 of the Licensing Conditions. Thirdly, the subordinate acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine establish special issues subject to state control during the inspection of a rehabilitation institution, as well as the form of the state supervision act. Fourthly, officially approved special criteria for determining the frequency of inspections of rehabilitation institutions within the framework of scheduled inspections have been identified.
