Semarang is seen as a representation of the complex social life of the community in Central Java that can describe the situation of the metropolis and the dynamics of a strong urban society with all variants of family problems in it. The data sources are taken from the categories of: a) women working in the industrial sector; b) women who are filing for divorce; c) career women but having harmonious families; d) women who work as housewives. The research data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation methods, then analyzed interactively, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. The results showed that the final goal of the existence of multi-role women in Islam is the solid building of family resilience when husband and wife synergize to implement the joints of household resilience and strengthen the multi-role of women through theories of theological relations, effective communication, equality relations, honor relations, and the foundation of intercourse.
