The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the SW education project's educational program aimed at advancing software education in underprivileged areas. To achieve this, a survey was developed based on the CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product) model to measure the effectiveness of the project, and it was conducted online. The analysis was performed based on the CIPP model, incorporating feedback from instructors and institutions. The results indicated that the program's performance ranked in the order of Product(P) > Context(C) > Process(P) > Input(I).Instructors and administrators frequently expressed the need for level-specific and long-term classes, as well as the importance of improving geographical accessibility through on-site education to expand educational opportunities.Unlike other projects, this SW education project's educational program aims to provide employment opportunities for career-interrupted women by training them as instructors and bridging the digital education gap in SW and AI for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Many of the students participating in this SW education program are from underprivileged areas, and the program's administrators and instructors have been successful in helping to reduce educational disparities, resulting in high levels of psychological fulfillment. Therefore, continuous administrative and financial support is necessary to achieve these objectives consistently.
