This research aims to describe the sustainable implementation of zakat fund management to enhance community welfare at LKS Al-Yasini. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation were employed. Data analysis involved processing, classification, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the sustainable implementation of zakat fund management at LKS Al-Yasini has provided tangible benefits for the local community's welfare. However, several challenges persist in program implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that LKS Al-Yasini continue to evaluate and improve zakat fund management to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
