Let Hln and Hl,l′,nN be the complexifications of the real hyperquadrics in Cn and CN of signatures l and l′, respectively. We study local holomorphic Segre maps sending a piece of Hln into Hl,l′,nN with the degeneracy rank l0=1 and N≥n. We show that these maps possess super rigidity properties.
