This article aims to identify actions developed in the Men's Health Program within the scope of Primary Care. A descriptive research was carried out, of a qualitative nature, using an interview with twenty-five permanent professionals, from the Municipal Secretariats and with the role of coordinators of Primary Health Care. Data collection took place in the first half of the year 2023. The results demonstrated that not all participants develop health educational and preventive actions for violence and accidents in the teams' territory. However, all participants highlighted that they carry out specific actions and activities, relating to Blue November. It is imperative in this context to qualify men's health care, with a view to establishing and implementing lines of care that protect access and comprehensiveness, ensuring, above all, the promotion of health and the prevention of avoidable diseases.
