The article considers the importance of studying and normalizing the intensity of loads in pair-group types of acrobatics at the stages of multi-year improvement. For sports acrobatics, taking into account modern requirements and the complexity of the competition program, the reliability and stability of technical, functional and special physical preparation requires the expansion of already existing data and the search for new ways of improving the training process. Training classes with heavy loads and significant intensity play a leading role in achieving high sports results both in a specific competition and in sportsmanship in general. The purpose of the article (task setting). Development and implementation of evaluation criteria for the intensity of training loads in pair and group types of sports acrobatics at the stages of multi-year improvement. The analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical observations, timing of training classes, and the use of the extrapolation method allowed us to develop normative indicators of load intensity for each type of pair and group acrobatics for all stages of multi-year improvement. The chosen formula for our research includes the basic, main indicators, namely the total time of the lesson (in minutes), the number of performed elements and the number of approaches (this is an average intensity indicator). In practical activities, the coach or the athletes themselves can use this formula to quickly make calculations and compare the intensity of any individual training class (classes) in different microcycles and mesocycles of different stages of training. Pedagogical observations, timing of training classes, and the use of the extrapolation method allowed us to develop normative indicators of load intensity for each type of pair and group acrobatics for all stages of multi-year improvement. The author's model of evaluation criteria for the intensity of training loads in the training process is calculated for each type of pair-group acrobatics, taking into account educational and training groups, sports improvement groups and higher sports mastery of all stages of multi- year training with the calculation of the amount of load. The analysis of the obtained data showed that in almost all types of pair- group acrobatics, statistically significant differences were noted between the intensity of classes at various stages of multi-year improvement (significance level at p˂0.05-0.01).
