This didactic transposition employs derivatives to teach limits, highlighting their role in resolving indeterminacy.
In this article we present a didactic transposition regarding the teaching of function limits within Calculus. This subject, limits, in many problems, we can anticipate the application of derivatives in order to facilitate the act of raising the indeterminacy of functions, since l'Hôspital's rule is only presented to students at the end of the content of the teaching of derivatives. The proposal is to present the survey of indeterminacy through both processes, in which the derivative would be presented, only as a transposition, without the use of demonstration, only as a facilitating method. The content of the derived topic would continue at the beginning of the subject intended for this study with all the definitions that are necessary for understanding. Today, the calculation of limits, derivatives and integrals are already quickly calculated by Apple Store or Android applications, and manual calculation has become obsolete over the years, since these applications are quickly installed on most cell phone devices.
