Noise is one of the physical danger factors that often occurs in the work environment.Decreased hearing due to noise can result in decreased sensitivity to sound, ranging from impaired concentration, communication to enjoyment of work, which can result in damage to cells in the ear.The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of work productivity on noise intensity and hearing loss among power plant workers at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Lombok. The research design uses a cross sectional study. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 45 people. The research results show that there is an influence of employee work productivity on noise intensity with a p value of 0.015 < α 0.05.There is an influence between right and left ear hearing loss and employee work productivity with a p value of 0.002 < α 0.05.Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an influence between work productivity on noise intensity and hearing loss among power plant workers.Workers who work at high noise levels have a greater risk of suffering from hearing loss. The suggestion in this research is that it is hoped that the company will prepare safe and comfortable ear protection equipment for use by workers, arrange work rotation, provide time intervals and make posters as a form of monitoring the use of ear protection equipment by workers.
