Re-entrant hybrid flow shop scheduling problem is widespread on the display panel manufacture and Semiconductor manufacture, which has high energy consumption and complex process flow due to high re-entrancy. Considering dynamic factors and green manufacturing, green dynamic re-entrant hybrid flow shop scheduling problem (GDRHFSP) is proposed in this paper. Based on the characteristics of GDRHFSP, an improved NSGA-II is proposed for the complete rescheduling scheme and the dynamic rescheduling strategy with three strategies is designed to deal with the dynamic perturbation factors of machine failures which has more options. Simulation experiments are used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
