In disaster emergency situations, effectiveness and efficiency in decision-making are crucial. This study focuses on the decision-making process for determining recipients of post-earthquake house renovation aid.Currently, one of the issues is the inconsistency in decision-making, which can lead to inaccuracies in aid distribution. To address this problem, a decision support system is needed to identify recipients for post-earthquake renovation aid. This research proposes a model for the best decision support system using the MADM approach with the SAW method. The model developed uses 8 criteria: foundation condition, tie beam condition, roof cover condition, roof frame condition, floor condition, wall condition, ring beam condition, and column condition. The study involves 20 aid recipient candidates, comprising 5 with severely damaged houses, 9 with moderately damaged houses, 4 with lightly damaged houses, and 2 deemed ineligible for renovation aid.Testing the model resulted in 98% accuracy for value accuracy and 95% accuracy for eligibility accuracy compared to actual data obtained.
