Impacts Fintech growth will continue to create thousands of jobs across the region, driving a need for greater technical education. Fintechs will increasingly turn to artificial intelligence to make their operations more efficient and user-friendly. Regulators will step up efforts to hire and train staff to supervise the industry and to stay abreast of fintechs’ new technologies.
