The article is devoted to the issues of the legal nature and specificity of the legal personality of public authorities in public law; correlations between different types of their legal personalities are examined in the article. Based on the analysis of the legal regulation of legal entity of public law and its legal personality, the conclusion is made that the legal personality does not reflect all specifics of the legal personality of public authorities.
