The article provides information on the the part of the dispersed book collection of the Odessa magistrate, collector and bibliophile Karl (Scarlatos) Sevastopulo (1871–1923) which has been conserved in the Scientific library of the Odessa I. I. Mechnikov national University since 1920. The fragment of the book collection could have been reconstructed owing to the recordings in the library Inventory as well as to the ownership marks left in the books. The attention is also paid to marks of book ownership of Greek origin left by K. M. Sevastopulo’s relatives and contemporaries.
