The Content of the Category "Transport Security"

The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the category "transport safety". The researchers believe that in the Federal Law "On Transport Security" dated 02/09/2007 No. 16-FZ, the legislator did not fully express the essence of the category "transport security", which, in their opinion, leads to problems in law enforcement. The author of the article presents his own understanding of this problem. The article reflects the problem of distinguishing the category of "transport security" from the category of "transport security", and also identifies the problem of the lack of mention of transport security in the National Security Strategy as an integral part of national security.
