This study explored the increased risk of blood clots in diabetes, using a multidisciplinary approach that integrates physiological data, hemodynamic principles, and mathematical modeling. By analyzing factors such as flow resistance, wall shear stress, and platelet aggregation, we simulated how diabetes related changes affect clot formation. These simulations help us understand the mechanisms behind clotting in diabetes and guide the development of targeted interventions to reduce the risk of severe complications like heart attacks and strokes.
