Neuroendocrine tumours of the breast can be primary or secondaries from lung, gastrointestinal tract and pancreas. Primary Neuroendocrine tumours of the breast is a rare entity. It is diagnosed by histopathology, immunohistochemistry and exclusion of primaries elsewhere by imaging. Post operatively the histopathology revealed primary neuroendocrine tumour -mixed type.
