The spider mite genus Evertella Meyer (Acari: Tetranychidae) is reported from Saudi Arabia for the first time with description of a new species, E. grewiae sp. nov. based on the female. The mite was collected from the foliage of Grewia sp. (Malvaceae), in the southwestern region (Jizan) of Saudi Arabia. An updated diagnosis of the genus is also given.
