Prospects for the development of an innovative economy in the Russian Federation in modern conditions

The scientific article presents an assessment of the modern economic model of Russia, examines the concept of “innovative economy”, and provides a rating of countries in the world with the most developed innovative economies. The prospects for the development of an innovative economy are studied and the main factors influencing its slow growth are analyzed. Measures and incentives for the real progress of the country’s innovative economy are also proposed.
