The purpose of the study is to analyze the structure, objectives, main directions and results of the activities of the Center for Medical Evacuation Support (TsLEO) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “SSC – Federal Medical Biophysical Center named after A.I.Burnazyan” of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA of Russia). Research materials – federal level regulations (Laws, Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation) and departmental regulations (orders of the FMBA of Russia); reports on the work of medical specialists of the structural divisions of the Central Clinical Hospital – the Field Mobile Hospital (FMG) and the Center for Air Ambulance and Emergency Medical Care (CAA and EMS).
