Abstract Introduction Trucks working on behalf of cement manufacturers follow a control, inspection and maintenance process developed with a life log and rigorous monitoring. Materials and Methods An average age is established for all types of trucks. The latter are chosen according to the nature of the risk of the journey and the loading and unloading conditions. Trucks must always be adapted to the nature of the material loaded and unloaded. Results and Conclusions This management process helps reduce accidents on the road and during loading and unloading operations.
