More and more contractors are resorting to the intervention of external companies to carry out work or provide services. The employees of these companies are then required to work on complex sites and environments where activities that are unknown to them are carried out, often in the presence of a multitude of other companies and subcontractors. Of course, this multiplicity of actors combined with ignorance of work situations is likely to aggravate existing risks and create new ones. A group of experts worked on the development of the draft repository. The draft was sent to a few companies to collect their observations and comments. The final document will be sent to the Moroccan Institute of Standardization (IMANOR) which will submit it to a public inquiry with a view to its approval as a normative document. The output elements of this approach will consist of a national repository to guarantee that subcontracting companies take into consideration the risks generated by their activities and that they have the means of prevention and protection necessary to control these risks. The main objective of this session is to present the content of said repository, its scope and field of application as well as future stages. This new national repository is a proposed tool allowing external companies to have a common thread and a methodology to identify and control the risks generated by their activities.
