Summary: Granular cell tumor (GCT), a rare Schwann cell–derived lesion, typically manifests as a benign skin or soft tissue growth. We report a case of GCT mimicking cellulitis on a woman’s foot at first presentation. Despite initial misdiagnosis, histological examination confirmed GCT, guiding successful excision and reconstruction. Our case underscores the importance of considering granular cell tumors in atypical presentations and highlights the role of histological evaluation in accurate diagnosis and management.
