Assessment reveals knowledge of learning disabilities and management among urban schoolteachers, highlighting risks of delayed detection.
It is estimated that nearly 5%-10% of Indian schoolchildren have hidden problems, with about 80%-85% of them having dyslexia. In this context, the study was designed to assess educators' knowledge regarding LD, its detection, and provisions for its management.
