For both the patient and the dentist, prosthetic rehabilitation of acquired maxillary defects is a significant issue. These flaws lower a person’s quality of life by impairing their appearance and functionality. The patient who underwent subtotal bilateral maxillectomy due to mucormycosis is shown in this clinical report to have a successful recovery with an overdenture supported by zygomatic implants. This case report demonstrates that zygomatic implant-supported overdenture is a realistic, predictable, and cost-effective treatment option for a patient with a large maxillary defect.
