Korea's beauty industry has a great potential to expand its scope and has sustainable growth potential. Competition is so fierce that people say, “When you wake up, a new beauty salon opens,” and the moment you get off the track of competition, it has become a socialization that lags behind. After a period of sticking only to quantitative growth, weight should be placed on strengthening the internal stability as a management plan. It is essential to develop a company's survival strategy and technology based on managerial characteristics and technology that handle all management management and determine the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, through this study, we intend to study to understand the relationship of the three factors and to identify the relevance, and to seek measures for competitive advantage and management management. It was confirmed that managerial characteristics have an effect on differentiation strategies and technology development activities. A plan was suggested. In the future, we look forward to conducting research to confirm the diversity of managerial characteristics according to age groups.
