WEB-BASED SERVICE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT RnB LAUNDRY USING RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT METHOD

Laundry is a service business that aims to promote a place where clothes can be washed, dried, ironed and reused. The RAD (Rapid Application Development) software development method is a software development process that emphasizes short development cycles. The laundry management information system design using the website-based (RAD) method was designed using the Laravel framework, database processing using phpmyadmin and the php7 programming language. The laundry management information system design has several features for laundry management, including customer data, washing data, controlling stock data for laundry soap and scented soap, monitoring the washing process accessed by the admin, and income report data for a certain period. By designing a laundry information system using a web-based (RAD) method, it can make it easier to record and record data related to laundry services. The expected results of this system are to find out the number of customers who provide services to R&B laundry, find out detergent stock, and find out financial income.
