On the Topic of Aspect of Verbs in Bulgarian Language

The “The aspect of the Bulgarian verb” is a subject discussed by many Bulgarian experts and other linguists. There are nearly no linguists that haven’t expressed their opinions on varieties such as aspect; count of types in the Bulgarian language; types of pairs; meaning of different types; usage, etc. Here, I am going to review only forms such as “оценям“, as nowadays they are often used and they have caused some disagreements. There were suggested to be incorrect, and dialectal. The author believes they are the older form of the new version, for instance – “оценявам“, which holds the same meaning. The older forms are making a comeback in the Bulgarian language, due to the principle of shortening the speech and the words.
