Even as we approach the AI era, nurturing well-educated individuals who can express their thoughts properly in writing should remain an essential goal of university education. UX writing education using media knowledge can not only help develop the writing skills required in a digital environment but also serve as an approach to integrative education through digital experience. Moreover, UX writing education can help students improve their digital literacy. Writing strategies that appropriately express emotions and build empathy remain crucial even in the digital environment.
