An experimental device for theranostics of superficial neoplasms has been developed. The Fluroscan gel with an ytterbium complex of 2,4-di(α-methoxyethyl)deuteroporphyrin IX was used. The main element of the theranostics device is an IR laser-fiber fluorimeter operating in the spectral range of 900-1100 nm. Devices on super-bright LEDs of the AFS series at wavelengths of 405 nm and 630 nm are also included in the structural diagram of the device. They are used to carry out subsequent procedures of neoplasms photodynamic therapy. The developed device was tested in the Lewis tumor theranostics process. The method of IR-luminescent diagnostics of the detected pathologies was used together with accompanying photodynamic therapy in the absorption band of metal-free porphyrin at a wavelength of 405 nm. The exposure dose was 150 J/cm2.
