Risk Manajemen Strategies In Global Supply Chains: Mitigating Uncertainties For Sustainable Operations

Global supply chains (RPGs) are currently faced with various risks, such as natural disasters, political disruptions, and changes in market demand. This uncertainty can have a significant impact on the performance and sustainability of RPG operations. This study aims to examine risk management strategies in RPGs to mitigate uncertainty and ensure sustainable operations. The study uses meta-analysis methods to synthesize findings from various studies on risk management strategies in RPGs. The source of data for this research comes from the analysis of 10 reputable national and international journals. The data collection process is through the Google Scholar database, Hindawi, ScienceDirect, and IEEE. The sample collection technique in this study is direct observation. Data analysis is a quantitative analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant impact on the implementation of risk management in the global supply chain with a Hedge's value of 0.714 in the medium effect category. Implementing effective risk management strategies can help companies increase resilience and agility in the face of uncertainty, thereby contributing to sustainable and competitive operations in RPGs.
