Lung cancer remains a leading cause of mortality and morbidity related to cancers. Apart from common subtypes of lung cancer like Non-small cell carcinoma (NSCLC) and Small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC), there are clinical entities that are very rare in occurrence and differ in diagnostic workup, treatment, and prognosis.
