The mathematical model of MR magnetic field sensor's main technological and output parameters interrelations was developed for MR-sensors yield increasing. It was considered some admissible values of initial technological parameters: ΔRs, Δρ/ρ, Hk ΔIR and Δw by the re-sampling bootstrap procedure. The technological errors defining parameter Δltc, was estimated too. The lot of real wafers was carried out by modeled considered technological parameters with the parallel virtual wafers bootstrapping. The probability's frequency distributions assessment of output characteristics was carried out.
