In this article we present a full proof of the Erdos-Turan conjecture on as- ymptotic additive bases. The conjecture states that if a set B of non-negative integers is an asymptotic base of natural numbers of order two and we denote the sequence which counts the number of ways that a natural number N can be written as sum of two elements of the set B as RB(N), then we have that limsupN→∞ RB(N) = ∞.
